About Us

The Upper Perkiomen Child Care Center (UPCCC) is a family oriented program serving the Upper Perkiomen Community and surrounding area since 1986. Our focus is to assist children from six weeks to 13 years of age to grow in all age-appropriate developmental areas – physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. UPCCC provides the love, care and personal attention that only a family focused center can offer. Our administrative team is integrally involved in our program.

The office and classroom staff interfaces with our families on a personal level. Our teacher to child ratio in each classroom provides the kind of personal care and education that is often lost among larger corporate programs. The children we care for are never just a face in the crowd.

Our educational focus provides developmentally appropriate practices designed for each age level in a loving and nurturing environment. Our educational setting, experienced, and qualified staff provides a learning atmosphere that helps each child reach their fullest potential. Families are encouraged to be involved at UPCCC.

Dialogue and feedback between our families and staff supports a positive learning experience for the children in our care.UPCCC is located on a beautiful forty-five acre county campus in Upper Hanover Township. Our program is the oldest continuous licensed early childhood educational and school age program serving the Upper Perkiomen Valley. The Center is inspected annually by the DHS and participates in the Keystone Stars program.
